Terms & Conditions

• 50% advance payment is required before the project starts.
• The remaining 50% must be paid before the final delivery or before the website/app goes live.

• Delivery timelines are estimated and may vary depending on project complexity, revisions, or additional requirements.
• Any delay from the client's side may extend the delivery timeline.

Our standard delivery schedule for each project type is published in the Our Timeline section of our homepage.

• We provide 1 month of free maintenance after project delivery.
• After the free maintenance period, any support or maintenance will be charged based on the required work.

• The design/theme will be finalized before development begins.
• Any major design or theme changes after approval will be treated as additional work and charged separately.

• Any new features, pages, integrations, or functionality requested outside the agreed project scope will require additional payment.

• Once the client pays the 50% advance and the project has started, the advance payment is non-refundable.
• If the client decides to cancel the project after work has begun, no refund of the advance payment will be issued, regardless of project progress.

• The client must provide all required content, images, logos, credentials, and information on time.
• Delays in providing required materials may affect the project timeline.

• Minor revisions are included during the development process.
• Major design changes or repeated revisions beyond the agreed scope will incur additional charges.

• Once the project is approved and delivered, any future modifications, upgrades, or enhancements will be treated as a new service and billed separately.

• Domain, hosting, premium plugins, APIs, software licenses, and other third-party services are not included unless specifically mentioned in the quotation or agreement.

• All project discussions, approvals, and change requests must be made through the agreed communication channel (WhatsApp, Email, or another approved platform).
• Verbal or unofficial requests will not be considered final unless confirmed in writing.

• Full ownership of the website or application will be transferred to the client only after the final payment has been received.
• Until the project is fully paid, all project files, source code, and design assets remain the property of XCoder Software Agency.
